Partiamo dal mercato. Qual è il bilancio del 2024?
Parlando di distribuzione indipendente, la previsione di chiusura per il mercato interno evidenzia un calo che potrebbe assestarsi intorno al 10%. Per capire statisticamente le numeriche, e per avere conferme sull’andamento, abbiamo lanciato un Osservatorio che ha coinvolto i nostri associati e da cui emergono dati su fatturato, addetti, trend e posizionamento. Posso anticipare che la criticità più importante riguarda proprio il comparto cucine che storicamente genera tra il 30 e il 40% del fatturato.
Quali sono le principali ragioni del rallentamento in atto nella vendita delle cucine?

Siamo impegnati su tanti fronti, il più urgente è legato al rinnovo del bonus mobili. Abbiamo intavolato un fitto dialogo con il Governo e condividiamo questa priorità con Federlegno. L’obiettivo è stato in parte raggiunto, ottenendo nella bozza della legge di bilancio 2025 la conferma dell’impianto del bonus mobili per i proprietari di prima casa che faranno lavori di manutenzione straordinaria nel 2025, per un valore massimo di 5.000 euro. Proveremo a portare l’importo massimo detraibile almeno ad 8.000 euro. Sul lungo periodo stiamo lavorando per un traguardo più ambizioso che preveda per la prima casa una formula agevolata di tassazione Iva per gli arredi considerati strutturali dell’edificio, compresa la cucina ovviamente. Sappiamo che in Francia è già applicata l’Iva agevolata su parte degli arredi strutturali e questo ci fa ben sperare anche per l’Italia. I tempi di attuazione potrebbero essere maturi per la legge di Bilancio 2026.
Quali sono gli altri obiettivi che condividete con Federlegno?
Abbiamo iniziato un dialogo proficuo con Federlegno anche grazie alla nostra partecipazione al Salone del Mobile di quest’anno. Una presenza istituzionale che è stata un momento di incontro con i nostri associati e che ha ribadito l’importanza di Federmobili nella filiera. Oltre al lavoro condiviso sul bonus mobili, stiamo valutando insieme come entrare a far parte di Re-design, il consorzio EPR che dovrebbe essere operativo su tutto il territorio nazionale, per garantire il recupero e il riciclo di rifiuti nel settore arredo, nonché il riutilizzo di mobili. Si aprirebbe un nuovo capitolo anche per le nostre imprese che potrebbero entrare con la necessaria competenza nel mercato del riuso di valore.
Nel 2024 avete lanciato una attività di formazione.
L’attività dell’Academy di Federmobili è stata molto ben accolta dai nostri associati e tutti i corsi sono stati partecipati. Per il 2025, lanceremo a gennaio un questionario per capire quali siano le tematiche più sentite da affrontare ma sappiamo già che uno degli argomenti sarà l’applicazione dell’AI come è emerso anche nella recente conferenza di sistema organizzato da Confcommercio. L’AI può diventare una grande opportunità per gestire tutti i dati che siamo in grado di intercettare con la nostra attività, con l’obiettivo di migliorarla.
Sempre nel 2024 avete messo a punto un corso per montatori.
Siamo ancora in una fase di test e stiamo dialogando con alcuni partner per la messa a terra del corso. Si spazia dalla conoscenza tecnica, sui nuovi materiali o sistemi di fissaggio ad esempio, a quella comportamentale per capire come si debba approcciare il cliente. L’obiettivo è ambizioso e contiamo di poterci avvalere anche del sostegno del fondo For.Te, istituito per la formazione professionale. Nel frattempo abbiamo avviato la fase di test . Trasparenza nei rapporti con la produzione e chiarezza nella comunicazione con il consumatore, anche quando si parla di prezzi, sconti e di sostenibilità.
